- We schedule our physical exams with a veterinarian for 30 minutes. If you are new to us, plan on arriving 10-15 minutes early to fill out your pet’s paperwork.

- What do I need to bring to my first appointment?
- It is helpful to have any and all of your pet’s veterinary history. We accept prior records via fax, email, or in person—whichever is most convenient for you.

- Give us a call to discuss to your pet’s vaccine needs based on his age. We typically like to see young patients starting around 8 weeks (or sooner if you have concerns!).

- I work every day and cannot make it during your appointment times- is there another option?
- For your convenience, we are open at 7:30 a.m. on weekdays and offer drop-off appointments. You may make an appointment to drop off your pet with us in the morning and your pet will be seen during the day. We will call you afterwards. You can pay for and pick up your pet when he is ready to go home, or as late as 5:00 p.m. Our drop-off service is by appointment only. There is no additional fee for dropping your pet off.
